HIRE CHAMP REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or US Equivalent (Master’s Degree or Higher preferred).
2.Advanced Proficiency in English. Must pass the iTEP English Exam.
3.Non-US Residency or
Non-US Citizenship.
4.Minimum of 2 Years of Teaching Experience
(3 or more years teaching experience preferred).
5.Teaching Experience should be “aligned” with Educational Credentials (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree earned).
6.Currently Teaching. If “NOT” Currently Teaching, should have Master’s Degree or Higher in specific field in which you intend to teach.
7.Video Teaching Demo
8.There is NO age limit to apply, however, the teacher should be physically and mentally fit to teach.

1.Updated Resume’.
2.Passport (Information Page).
3.Criminal Background Check Record.
4.Diplomas and Transcript of Records.
5.Professional Profile Picture.
6.Professional References from Administrators.
7.Verification of Employments from current and previous schools taught.
8.Certified Translation of any required documents (if transcripts and Diplomas are NOT in English)
9.U.S. Evaluated Transcripts (Assisted by HIRE CHAMP).

The quality of life gets a boost from the education teachers provide, doing an awful lot for both individuals and the community as a whole. For this reason, tracking down top-notch instructors is our number one priority. We’ve managed to recruit some pretty amazing teachers from all around the world and pair them with schools in the United States.
THE HIRE CHAMP PROGRAM
Our hearts are deeply invested in promoting international understanding through education, and we’re dedicated to making it happen through our teacher exchange program. By pairing school districts with exceptional international teachers who instinctually understand the value of international collaboration, empathy, and global competitiveness, we’re making a tangible impact on K-12 education. The HIRE CHAMP Program unfolds over six distinct steps, beginning with the Application process and culminating in the achievement of Cultural Ambassador status. From start to finish, HIRE CHAMP will provide continuous support and guidance throughout the duration of the program.
APPLICATION
To get started, you need to create an account. Next, you'll need to thoroughly complete the application form and provide the required documents. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send in your credentials for U.S. documentation review. After that, we'll extend an invitation for an initial One-Way Video Interview. Once you've successfully navigated that, we'll send you a chance to participate in our HIRE CHAMP virtual interview.
APPROVE
You're almost ready to take the next step - just finish filling out the application form, get your documents in order, and submit all the necessary credentials for the evaluation process in the United States. After you've aced the One-Way Video Interview and the HIRE CHAMP Interview, you'll qualify for the Approve Stage. As you join the Approve Stage, you'll become eligible to interview with schools in the United States.
PLACEMENT
The interview with the school goes smoothly, the school likes your style, and you're officially in, and they'll give you the green light - that's what we call being placed. Being placed means you've already said yes to the job offer, and before you know it, you'll pack your bags and head to the USA to get your teaching gig started.
ARRIVAL & ORIENTATION
We'll grab you from the airport as quickly as possible in the US and hand you over to our friendly "HIRE CHAMP Team". You'll also get to join an in-person HIRE CHAMP orientation session, where you can catch up with your new HIRE CHAMP colleagues, get familiar with your school, and find out the lowdown on J-1 and/or H1B Visa rules and regulations – as well as some essential tech skills for the classroom.
HIRE CHAMP TEACHER
Congratulations! Congratulations are in order because you're officially a certified HIRE CHAMP teacher. As a HIRE CHAMP Teacher, you'll get the chance to bring your expertise, talents, knowledge, and cultural background directly to your students right in the good old USA.
CULTURAL AMBASSADOR
The crux of the whole process is likely this step, which is fundamentally about cultural exchange. It's about fostering mutual understanding between cultures and swapping personal stories. Once you've spent three years in the US, working with HIRE CHAMP, you'll head back home and take on the role of a cultural ambassador there. You'll get to pass on the knowledge you've gained about America to people back in your home country.
